How do I order
Ordering is so simple & secure with our on line ordering system. Simply browse the selection of products.
To view details of a playhouse simply click on the picture of the product. To order the playhouses simply click on the buy button and you will be taken to our online secure server .
After checking the order confirmation details carefully, click the "Place Order" button. Your order is now complete, when you have placed your order on-line, we will immediately send you an automatic email confirmation/receipt for your order.

How do I pay for my order?
A.You can pay when placing your order using your Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Delta debit or credit card. Your card will be debited once the items have been dispatched and all of your transactions will be confirmed on your delivery note.

Ordering
The best way to order products shown on our web site is via our online secure server, orders can also be taken by post, or over the phone. Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, and Electron cards are all accepted. Cheques should be drawn on a UK bank, be in Pounds Sterling, made payable to Lee Dudley, and posted with a completed Activity Playhouses order form. Please address postal orders for the attention of the 'Sales Dept' to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. Please see our Contact page for more details.

Goods are subject to availability, and if an item is isn't in stock it will clearly displayed on our web site. If you order an item that is clearly shown on the web site to be temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as new stock arrives. If you decide to cancel your order before we get more stock, just email, or telephone us and we will cancel the order, and you will not be charged.
In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Very occasionally we offer goods on a pre order basis, whereby we do not actually have the item in stock, but will ship the item to you when it arrives in stock. If this is the case it will be clearly shown by a pre order sign next to the product. In such cases delivery times are subject to manufacture, and so we cannot be held responsible for any later than expected delivery. In such cases, you can cancel you order any time you like.
